This includes soft glam or full glam makeup. Using quality products and expert techniques, the makeup is long-lasting (includes strip lashes). We travel to your location in Johannesburg North.
Cancellation Policy
(Booking & Payment Policy) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable via EFT/payment link/card machine/ or cash on the day of your appointment. No verbal or tentative bookings will be held without a deposit. (Rescheduling & Cancellations) Bookings may be rescheduled with the deposit credited towards a future appointment if rescheduled within 1 year from the original date. Cancellations are non-refundable. If Terry Fleek Makeup Artistry is unable to fulfil your booking, you will receive a full refund or a referral to a trusted substitute artist. (Lateness) Please be on time. Delays of more than 20 minutes may shorten your session or result in cancellation without refund. If you are 45 minutes – 1 hour late: The appointment will be cancelled, with no refund. (Travel Fees) This is a mobile makeup service. Travel fees are charged at flat rates depending on the area. For appointments requiring travel outside Johannesburg - please request a quote. (Early & Late Appointments) Operating hours are: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Sunday). All appointments outside standard hours (early morning or late evening) will be charged an extra fee or R350 which will be added to the final balance.
