1. How do I book my makeup session?

Once we confirm the date, time, location, and pricing, you’ll receive an invoice. A 50% deposit secures your booking. Once proof of payment (POP) is received, your booking is confirmed.
Do I need to bring my own makeup?
No, you don’t need to bring anything. I provide all makeup products, tools, and brushes. Just come with a clean face, and I’ll take care of the rest.
Do you travel to homes, hotels, and venues?
Yes! I offer mobile makeup services across Johannesburg and beyond. Whether it’s a house call, hotel prep, or event venue—I travel to you. A call-out fee applies based on distance and location.
Can I use my own products? Will the price change?
You're welcome to request the use of your own makeup products, but the price stays the same. I provide a full kit and premium products, so bringing your own doesn’t reduce the cost of the service.
How should I prepare my skin before makeup?
Please come with a freshly washed face. Moisturizer is optional—I'll prep your skin as needed.

❌ Please avoid shaving your face just before the session as makeup should not be applied immediately after shaving, it may cause irritation. I only shape eyebrows, not full-face hair removal.
Do you travel outside of Johannesburg?
Yes, I do. I offer makeup services across South Africa for weddings, productions, or events. Travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the client, in addition to the makeup fee.
Do you provide lashes? Are they included in the price?
Yes, I provide strip lashes with every booking at no additional cost. Whether you use them or not, they are included. I do not apply individual or cluster lashes—only strips. You can choose your preferred style or length.
Are you a qualified makeup artist?
Yes, I am a self-taught and certified makeup artist. I began in 2017 and later enhanced my skills with professional beauty courses and training. I also hold a degree in Marketing Management and have worked with a wide range of clients over the past 8 years.
How long does a makeup session take?
A standard full-face application takes around 1 hour. If the look is simple, it may be faster. Keep in mind that breaks (bathroom, phone, etc.) can extend the time. For detailed, creative looks (e.g., pearls, gems, artistic touches), more time may be needed.
How long does the makeup last?
All day. All night. My makeup application techniques ensure long-lasting wear that stays in place until you remove it. With proper skin prep and setting, your makeup will not move—even through dancing, photos, and warm weather. You may only need to dab or blot shine if you sweat or get oily.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit is non-refundable, but if you give sufficient notice, we can reschedule your session.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
This policy helps me manage my time and other bookings fairly.

Lessons are hosted at a location provided by the client or arranged by me (additional venue fees apply). Add-ons like photography, snacks, beverages, and catering are also available at an additional cost.
Do you work with all skin tones and races?
Yes, absolutely! My work is inclusive and diverse. I have experience with all skin tones, all races, and all ages—Black, White, Indian, Asian, Coloured, Mixed Race—you name it. Whether you're 16 and going to your matric dance or 80 and celebrating a milestone birthday, I’ll enhance your natural beauty with care and expertise.
What inspired you to become a makeup artist?
Makeup is my art. I come from a creative background of visual arts, painting, and drawing, and that artistic foundation naturally flowed into makeup. I love making women feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. That magical moment of looking in the mirror and saying “Yes, girl!” — that’s the feeling I want to give every woman I touch.
Do you offer hairstyling services too?
Yes, I do! In addition to makeup, I also offer hairstyling services for a wide range of occasions and needs.

A call-out fee is also required, even if you’re only booking hair services.

I do, however, style edges, create puffs, ponytails, and elegant gel styles to suit your event or preference.
